An adequate clearance under the frame of 76 cm and a body spacing of 85 cm guarantee covering even a significant amount of crop residues and catch crops. The use of high-quality steel allowed for a very durable construction with the lowest total weight of the machine in its class. The frame (120x120 mm profile) made of steel with improved parameters, thermally improved, ensures that the plow will cope even in difficult conditions.
The new head design of the second generation rotary plows meets the growing requirements. The plow will cope with difficult conditions cooperating with new types of tractors. Maintenance-free operation for years is due to the rotation spindle with increased diameter made in patented technology, mounted on a system of twin needle bearings. The rotation cylinder located behind the turret is responsible for the smooth rotation of the plow. You can choose between a category II or III drawbar for the best fit to your tractor. In addition, to optimally transfer the center of gravity of the plow towards the tractor, the boom can be locked in one of four positions.
The lightweight design means lower fuel consumption, and therefore low start costs. Combined with the long life of the working components, this means low operating costs. AGRO-MASZ uses advanced steel processing technologies to achieve optimal strength of working components in the production of its plows. The plowing capacity and the level of combustion of the tractor depend largely on the working width of the plow. You can easily change the plowing width in our plows by changing the position of the adjusting screw, which determines the working width of each furrow. Without unnecessary effort, you adjust the working width of the plow to the power and type of tractor. The four-stage scale of step adjustment of the width of each body with 30, 35, 40, 45 cm width gives great possibilities.

The angle of inclination of the plow is set separately for each side. The guarantee of even operation of the left and right bodies is the simple arrangement of screws located at the machine head. The fixed position (angle) of the left and right bodies is blocked by securing the hinged handles.
For each type of soil, in conditions of non-stony or slightly stony fields, the most effective and cheap solution is to protect the bodies against damage by breakable bolts or semi-automatic protection. The semi-automatic protection is based on 2 springs. The springs absorb shock to some extent, but when a larger obstacle appears, the body jumps out of its working position. In order for the body to return to its place, the plow should be moved back by denying the body onto the soil.
BODIES AND MOULDBOARDS
Designed to check in deep plowing from 15 to 35 cm for working widths in the range of 30 - 45cm for each furrow. Our bodies work even at speeds of up to 10km / h. The work of each body gives the effect of even furrow edges with full inversion of each furrow, even with a large amount of organic residues. Much of this is due to the cylindrical-screw type depot, which puts little resistance additionally significantly reducing fuel consumption. As standard, shear bars mounted on each body work on soils with a large amount of crop residues, without reducing the clearance between the bodies as in the case of using skimmers, and thus do not cause the risk of clogging the machine.
A strong rubber wheel mounted behind the last working section of the plow stabilizes the machine's operation and reliably maintains the set working depth limited on the adjustment scale by means of a screw.

When plowing long-term fallow lands, meadows or pastures, extension bars mounted on mouldboards prove to be extremely useful.
More and more often chosen by farmers as a cheaper replacement for the disc coulter.
Notched discs with a diameter of 500 mm for both models with a bolt and spring protection significantly improve the visual effect of the plow. By cutting the furrow from the entire body, the disc coulters ensure the most accurate turning of the furrow, leaving a clean furrow with smooth walls. Also as a result of the cut, the effect of covering crop residues is increased. Like every working element, the coulters are protected against damage in difficult soil conditions. In this case, the role of the safety device is a spring with adjustable pressure force. On the other hand, toothed adjustment blocks help to obtain the optimal working position of the disc coulter.
In order to obtain the fullest effect of mixing with soil and covering crop residues, the plow can be equipped with a set of skimmers. Determining the optimal position of their work is possible thanks to the multi-stage step adjustment. The position of the skimmers is easily changed by means of an adjusting screw, which locks the position of the skimmer. Each skimmer has a universal and popular overload protection in the form of a shear bolt. Each single skimmer holder is mounted to the pocket of the main body, which guarantees that the geometry of the skimmer work will be the same as the operating characteristics of the body on which it is mounted. Skimmers are especially effective in working on corn stubble. When the user finds that the use of cutting strips gives a satisfactory effect of the work, he can quickly dismantle the skimmers and return to the previous configuration.
