Today we give you the opportunity to grow, sow and fertilize in one pass, saving you time and money that you would have to spend on many different treatments separately.
THE LEVELED AREA IS THE BASIS FOR FURTHER WORK
The SALVIS pneumatic seed drill is equipped with 2 rows of burnishing equalizing wheels. The task of the first row is to maintain a constant working depth and prepare the soil before the cultivation section by kneading. In addition, the use of the front row of wheels prevents the drill from collapsing on light soil. The second row levels the soil before the sowing section.
CULTIVATION SECTION
The cultivation section consists of 9 cutting discs with spring protection (option) and 9 tines with spring or hydraulic protection, to which pipes responsible for transporting the fertilizer from the tank to the soil are attached. The tine arrangement depends on the sowing section (4 tines for point sowing, 9 tines for row sowing).
INTERCHANGEABLE SPREADING SECTION
Salvis can be equipped with a single or row planting section. Thanks to the possibility of quick replacement of the sowing sections, we can easily adapt the machine to specific tasks.
ROW SOWING SECTION
The sowing section is equipped with 18 independent double-disc coulters, the discs of which have a diameter of 340 mm. The task of the double-disc coulter is to cut an even and clean sowing slot without pressing crop residues into the ground. The sowing section also includes a set of compacting and copying rollers, which compact the soil strip, ensuring better water infiltration and providing optimal conditions for seed emergence.
SPOT SEEDING SECTION
The point sowing section consists of 4 tools. The first is the furrow breaker. This tool clears the path where the seeds will be planted. Then, double-disc coulters precisely sow seeds to a depth of 1-10 cm. To maintain the desired sowing depth, rubber gauge wheels were used on both sides of the coulter. The final tool is the press wheels to fix and cover the sown seeds.
ELECTRIC DRIVE OF SEEING APPARATUS
The sowing apparatus is driven by an electric motor and is constructed in such a way that it is easy to replace the dosing roller, thus giving a wide range of sown material.
PRACTICAL AND FUNCTIONAL
The SALVIS seed drill has a number of amenities and practical solutions that simplify the work as much as possible. One of such solutions is the control of tramlines and switching off half of the seeding volume by means of the computer.
HIGH CAPACITY
The Salvis seeder is equipped with a seed hopper with a capacity of 2050 liters and a fertilizer hopper with a capacity of 1750 liters. Moreover, both tanks are made of acid-resistant steel. Access to both tanks is facilitated by stable stairs with non-slip embossing, thanks to which we can move confidently and safely.
ADDITIONAL FUNCTIONALITY
The machine can be equipped with an aftercrop seeder, which gives additional possibilities. The SP seed drill can be used for sowing microgranules or oilseed rape.
