SIMPLIFIED CULTIVATION
The RUNO subsoiler has been adapted to work with the overbuilt SN seeder and the front tank IKAR. This configuration allows for intensive cultivation, fertilization, and seeding in a single pass.
CUTTING SHAFT
The purpose of the cutting shaft is to shred straw and crop residues. This allows for a more thorough mixing of the soil during cultivation. The shaft blades are sharpened on both sides and made of durable steel, additionally enhanced through heat treatment. This construction enables long-term operation without downtime. The working depth is adjustable using hydraulic cylinders.
THREE ROWS TEETH
The arrangement of teeth in three sections with double-sided shares and a long throw set at the appropriate angle to the ground allows for even and intensive mixing of crop residues. The tines are equipped with adapters that allow for the application of fertilizer into the soil at a chosen depth.
SPRING-PROTECTED TEETH
For every soil type, in conditions of slightly stony or non-stony fields, the most effective solution is our system of double springs that protect each tine.
LEVELING DISCS
The better mixing and leveling of the cultivated strip are possible thanks to the operation of toothed discs arranged opposite each other and mounted on arms protected by elastomers.
SIDE SCREENS
Active screens located at the edge of both sections of the discs restrict the zone where soil is deposited by the outer discs, preventing the formation of ruts at the junctions of passages. In the event of excessive sinking or encountering a significant obstacle, the screen holders are attached to the frame using floating connections, allowing the screens to tilt upward during a collision.
TIRE ROLLER WITH 185/65 15 WHEELS WITH HYDRAULIC DEPTH ADJUSTMENT
The hydraulically adjustable tire roller is used for compacting loosened soil, ensuring more uniform seed germination. The flexible rubber is resistant to soil sticking, which is crucial. Additionally, the roller serves a transport function for the implement.
DIVIDING HEAD
The dividing head separates the fertilizer material, which then goes to the adapters located on the tines of the implement.
ADAPTATION FOR WORK WITH SN SEEDER
The RUNO implement is equipped with a hydraulic lift, allowing it to be connected to the SN seeder. Trace markers mounted on the implement frame facilitate proper positioning of the cultivation-seeding assembly during operation. The hydraulic drawbar connecting the implement to the seeder is hydraulically controlled, making it easier to adjust the seeder to the correct position.
